Angela di Gualco – Transitions Coach
If you want to navigate change and manage emotions better, achieve goals, be more engaged in the present, uncover your authentic self, and feel better in your body and in the world – no matter what is happening – I am the coach for you! I will help you navigate change on a whole new level. It’s your time to shine!
I specialize in working with people in transition to develop a change mindset. I help clients create a clear vision, develop strategies for achieving goals, overcome challenges, build and maintain a more balanced life, and maximize their potential. My clients describe me as calming, compassionate, insightful, skilled, and dedicated to helping others.
Educational & Professional Background
My extensive training in mindfulness, energy leadership, core energy coaching, and somatic therapy allows me to work holistically and synergistically with each client. I earned a BA in Cultural Anthropology, an MA in English, and graduated from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and the Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy Two-Year Training Program. My experience working with individuals and couples on a variety of goals spans more than a decade.
Personal Life
I live in the sunny Southwestern United States with my spouse and our dogs. I am a lifelong learner, always reading, and always looking for my next read. I love to travel and learn about other cultures and am working toward being able to do a lot more of that despite my struggles with chronic illness. I also enjoy cooking, watching foreign films, and spending time with family and friends. I am the founder and writer for the Self-Help Stop. I volunteer with Hire Heroes to provide career coaching to military personnel and their families and with the Coaching Collaborative to coach displaced federal workers.
