The Singularity

One 60-minute coaching session for job seekers to plan their search or prepare for an interview or for someone looking for clarity, insight or to refocus. Good for confidence building and feeling empowered! $150.00

The Star Cluster

Three 60-minute coaching sessions. Good for starting self-care, career changes or letting go of a block. Set a goal, develop a plan, take action, manage obstacles, and identify unproductive thinking. $450.00

The Supernova

Five 60-minute coaching sessions for those who want to align their inner and outer worlds for brilliant results. We identify areas that are not in alignment with our core values, set goals, make an action plan, change mindset, modify limiting thoughts and beliefs. Includes Challenging Thoughts workbook/journal and Mindset online course. $750.00

The Constellation

Ten 60-minute coaching sessions. For midlife women to get their shine back. Navigate change, manage grief, start or step up your self-care, letting go, finding passion and purpose, enhancing confidence and self-acceptance. $1,500.00 Pay in full and get $250.00 off this price or pay $500 now and 2 additional monthly payments of $500.

Group Coaching

There are 3 groups being offered currently.

Self-care

Start or step up your self-care. Includes check-ins, education, discussion, planning, and wrap-up. Up to 10 participants. One hour weekly sessions. Six weeks for $300.00

Grief or Change

Learn to navigate change or manage grief. Session format: check-in, education, discussion, planning, and wrap-up. Up to 5 participants. 90-minute weekly sessions with 3 1:1 check-ins of 15 minutes. 12 weeks for $1000.00

Sessions are conducted predominantly by phone but may include Zoom sessions
Unlimited emails between sessions for all packages but the Singularity

Select and pay for a coaching package. Once you receive the contract, sign and return it with your availability for the first meeting. For group coaching, contact me to be included in next group starting.
